The data below represents a phenotypic screen of 2,160 compounds (many of which are FDA-approved drugs) from the Microsource library. Screening was done at 1 μM against newly transformed schistosomula (NTS) of Schistosoma mansoni. Phenotypes were recorded at 7d for the primary screen, and at 24hr and 7d for the secondary screen. These compounds were selected to undergo in vitro testing against adult worms of S. mansoni.
